Children: Children cannot be added through the online form — please reserve the room size you need.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged directly by the hotel. This would be your responsibility, not that of the Federation of fire Chaplains.
Complimentary Shuttle: A free airport shuttle is available. Call 780-955-7744 to arrange pickup.

Contact FFC Executive Director Jimmie Duncan: Email | Transportation Information Airport The closest airport to the conference location is: Edmonton International Airport (YEG) There is a shuttle service from the airport to the local hotels. The shuttle runs about every 20 minutes depending on the number of passengers and the number of stops the shuttle needs to make. If you are driving to the Conference from the U.S., would you please let me know. |

When the conference is over will you please share them with our Historian, Frank McNeil. his email is fmfsd@aol.com Conference ScheduleSpouse ScheduleThe Spouse Program only meets during the General Conference. The schedule will be posted as soon as it is finalized. Auctions Every year at our Conference we have a Silent Auction and Live Auction to help raise money for the Federation. The money raised is used to help with Conference costs, Special Projects, Board Expenses, Emergency Funds, etc.. They are a lot of fun with some great items up for bids. Please remember to bring items to donate to the Auctions and bring a little extra money so that you can bid. Auction items make great gifts for your Chief. Our success with this depends on you! |
