Pre-Conference Training October 17-19, 2025 FFC Instructor Training To participate in the Instructor Training you must have approval from the Executive Director. To participate in the Train-the-Trainer Course: Active FFC Member of good standing for five consecutive years (prior to the Class) Completion of Essentials Training (16hrs). Completion of Advanced Studies (130hrs). To get the FFC Member discount You must become a Member before August 31, 2025 (If interested, please contact the office for additional information or follow the membership links on the Home page) The Spouse Program is an additional $175.00. If your spouse would like to participate, make sure you click the box on the Registration form. These rates are based on double occupancy. Please note that there will be an additional charge of $20 per night for each extra guest. Kindly note that children currently are not able to be added to the reservation. Please just bypass this option and reserve the size of the room you require. Cancellation Policy There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a No-Show charge, which will be your responsibility, not that of the Federation of fire Chaplains. Complimentary Shuttle Service: We offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport for your convenience.
