Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged directly by the hotel. This would be your responsibility, not that of the Federation of fire Chaplains.

The schedule will be posted as soon as it is finalized. Auctions Every year at our Conference we have a Silent Auction and Live Auction to help raise money for the Federation. The money raised is used to help with Conference costs, Special Projects, Board Expenses, Emergency Funds, etc.. They are a lot of fun with some great items up for bids. Please remember to bring items to donate to the Auctions and bring a little extra money so that you can bid. Auction items make great gifts for your Chief. Our success with this depends on you! |
