If your spouse would like to participate, make sure you click the box on the registration form. There is not a Spouse Program during the Pre-Conference.

Children: Children cannot be added through the online form — please reserve the room size you need.
Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid charges. No-shows will be charged directly by the hotel. This would be your responsibility, not that of the Federation of fire Chaplains.
Complimentary Shuttle: A free airport shuttle is available. Call 780-955-7744 to arrange pickup.

The shuttle runs about every 20 minutes depending on the number of passengers and the number of stops the shuttle needs to make. If you are driving to the Conference from the U.S., would you please let me know. |
