Chaplain Edgar Hatcher, is a Chaplain with the Monarch FPD in Chesterfield, Missouri. He holds a Doctorate in Community Pastoral Counseling from Argosy University, and a Masters of Divinity from Wartburg Theological Seminary. Chaplain Hatcher is also a retired military Chaplain and has over 1000 hours of specialized training in crisis and trauma ministry. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri, and is an Approved Instructor for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation and the Federation of Fire Chaplains. Chaplain Hatcher is a Lutheran minister and is currently serving as pastor of Peace Lutheran Church inSullivan, Missouri.
