The Ventura County Fire Department is hosting Fire Department Chaplain Training CFCA/FFC.

 Session 1-FD Chaplains Essential Class-16 hours Wednesday March 21, 2017 through Thursday March 22, 2017

Session 2 Advanced Training-Day 1-8 hour session Developing a Fire Message for a Fire Department Funeral

Session 3 Advanced Training-Day 2-4 hour session Compassion Fatigue (The Cost of Caring) 0830-1200

Session 4 Advanced Training-Day 2 4 hour session Mass Casualty Events-Chaplaincy Response and Incident Command Protocols on the Lindhurst High School shooting in Olivehurst, California.  1300-1700

Pre-Registration: You can pre-register with the California Fire Chaplains Association, PO Box 3281 Rocklin, CA 95667 Checks should be made payable to : CFCA. Online registration and payment is available by going to the website www.cfcachaplain.org and click on training. 

Cancellation Policy: If we do not have a minimum of ten (10) people enrolled per class by March 17, 2017 the class or classes will be cancelled and a full refund will be returned to the enrollees. If you cannot attend the class after you have registered a full refund is available up to March 17, 2017; after that date, no refunds will be made.
